The elegant simplicity of the Cloud Chamber’s design accentuates its passionfruit and guava aromatics. Combining a Single Malt type and a Single Hop variety, the Cloud Chamber is a classic SMaSH Double IPA. We’ve loaded as much Azacca hops as possible into this beer at every stage. The only place we held back from adding more hops was in the kettle. This allows the beer to avoid harsh hop bitter notes while still embodying an unmistakable hop flavour. IPA lovers will revel in rejoice when they get their hands on this beer.
