The ‘mirror’ pilsner is unfiltered for the fullest body and flavour, so don’t expect this bold and candid pilsner to reflect the summer sun’s rays. Instead, The Keekin’ Glass is deep, beaming with character and refreshing liveliness. Using the finest Pacifica and Motueka hops, with the best malts and keenest brewers eye, this pilsner doesn’t conform. No bones, no gimmicks, no compromises.
This Jolly fella is surely a west coast BC pale ale, but pairs crystal malt with German Hallertau Blanc hops. It ain’t hard to love the malty, world travelling, lemon grass and tropical flavours in this jovial brew. Come dance with us, come sing along, splash beer upon the table.
Brewed with only Canadian grown malt barley, Thirsty Neibor encourages you to be part of the community. We use a magic blend of 4 hop varieties crafting a boisterous tale of citrus, tropical & stone fruit flavours. Do the right thing and be a good neighbour.
When one of our young amber ales met up with a cask from Maker’s Mark and our Victoria Caledonian whisky spirit, sparks of love filled the air, and spurred twa of our dogs to howl at the moon in delight! The Parting Kiss is medium bodied with a velvet texture; the subtle caramel, toasted oak, whisky, malt & vanilla dance in the glass with just a touch of Goldings hops in a perfect union of suds.
Aimed at being a lighter style ‘Innis & Gunn’, so that you can have more than 1 or 2 without the beer being too heavy.
Winter is coming, so hold the door for Fire and Blood as they come together in this thick, black, chocolatey and gently spicy beer. With layer upon layer of chocolate malt, caramel malt, and roasted barley; pull me into the dark with a heart of cacao nibs and put fire in the sky with both ancho and habanero chillies, then in the darkness bind them with the creaminess of oats and lactose.
The Mystik Knot is creation from contradiction. It brings together the biscuity malt flavour of Marris Otter malt with the thick and creamy body of oats and lactose; with no beginning and no end, the knot conjures complexity whilst weaving coffee with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel. It screams You Shall Not Pass to the shadows and fire and you will find no trace of darkness or hop bitterness here.
Sink or Swim is brewed with unmalted wheat, apricots, orange peels and lemon peels – giving it a light, cloudy, body and tart citrusy finish. What makes this beer so unique are the herbal hints and scented aromas that come from the added coriander and nutmeg. This summer beer is sessionable, yet extremely flavourful and aromatic, making it the perfect treat to beat the heat.
The Salut Saison is spicy and fruity with a dry finish. BC and German grown malts are fermented with a unique blend of yeasts, then late-hopped with New Zealand Motueka to reduce its bitterness. The stone fruit and citrus notes of the hops weave together with bubbly carbonation for a brew full of energy.
Made with Nelson Sauvin hops, the Full Nelson IPA’s flavour profile runs from fruity, tropical notes of lychee and mango to spicy black pepper. This sessionable IPA is bound to satisfy wine lovers and hop heads all at once. It’ll get hold of you!
Holy Willie Robust Porter is a truly stout ale. Featuring BC & British specialty barley and malted & flaked oats, its bitterness is masked behind roasted chocolate flavours. Bold yet creamy, acrid yet malty. Robust indeed
While sour and IPA might usually be an oxymoron, the Sweet & Tart sour IPA perfects a balance between soft malts, Glalaxy and Motueka Hops, and lactobacillus.
Like your favourite candy, this beer will be your next favourite treat
Borrowing its name from its distant cousin Champagne, our Brut IPA shares a similar flavour profile to the sparkling wine. Classically dry, light in colour, highly effervescent, and wonderfully fruity, this is as close to popping a bottle of bubbly that an IPA can get. It’s as intriguing as it is drinkable with light and crisp tropical mimosa flavours including citrus, mandarin orange, and passion fruit.
We used first wort hopping to provide a gentle bitterness and added 5 different hops at six different stages in the brewing process to give this beer a complex and balanced flavour with a bright pop of citrus. A triumph among Brut IPAs, this is something to celebrate.
Made using Mexican lager yeast, Dos Perros is a crowd pleasing flavourful, crisp, sessionable beer. True to its roots, this Mexican style lager is light, fresh, and everything you need in an easy-drinking brew.

Love Gose ‘Round is light bodied, bright and energetic, leaving you with a mouth puckering finish that’s crisp, dry, and refreshing. While this brew pairs well with everything, we find it tastes best with a soft pretzel and lederhozen
The Melodie sings the song of summer; the crisp, clear refreshment of Twa Dogs Kolsch, running allegro like till a crescendo of raspberry bursts from the glass. We’re the garden city, and roses are summer love. The Kolsch is light coloured and the raspberry infusion produces a colour which reminds of ruby-red rose water.
A traditional New England style IPA, this beer is wonderfully creamy, cloudy, and smooth. Luscious tropical flavours of orange, passionfruit, and lemon take the spotlight in this hazy brew followed by subtle floral hints. Designed to feature the delicious aroma of hops without being overly bitter, we added five distinct hops at nine different stages in the brewing process to produce a complex and rich flavour. A lazy summer afternoon in a bottle. Hazy Mist is all about easy living.
Brewed with wheat and soured with lactobacillus, we created this light and refreshing sour ale using only real passion fruit. Best described as Sunshine in a Bottle, our Passion Fruit Sour features a playful stone fruit arome, a fresh hit of tart passion fruit, and a clean, dry finish.
Treat yourself to a tropical getaway with every sip
The elegant simplicity of the Cloud Chamber’s design accentuates its passionfruit and guava aromatics. Combining a Single Malt type and a Single Hop variety, the Cloud Chamber is a classic SMaSH Double IPA. We’ve loaded as much Azacca hops as possible into this beer at every stage. The only place we held back from adding more hops was in the kettle. This allows the beer to avoid harsh hop bitter notes while still embodying an unmistakable hop flavour. IPA lovers will revel in rejoice when they get their hands on this beer.
This saison is spicy and fruity with a dry finish. BC and German grown malts are fermented with a unique blend of yeasts, then late-hopped with New Zealand Motueka to reduce its bitterness. Broad are the seas and weary are the feet, for long have we travelled, from the seven seas and beyond in the long times since, to here, this place our home. Seas Between Us IPA is a smouldering red ale, rich with crystal malt and a bracing schwack of North-West hops. Brewed to refresh your “weary fitt” and revitalise the soul. This beer is so called because it brings together ingredients from near and far around the world to create a beautiful balance of old world malt and new world hops.
Because it uses hops more familiar to the west coast palette, it will be immediately recognised as a traditional style of IPA to the local beer drinkers. Will be a touch richer though, because of the fuller malt flavours. Centennial hops from Oregon, Magnum bittering hops from Germany, Base malt is Gambrinus, mix of US & Belgian speciality malt to round off.
The Silver Flood rises and gushes in top fermented glory; authentically made with raw wheat and traditionally spiced with coriander & orange peel, this classic, cloudy Belgian wit-bier is brought to life with kiwi hops to accentuate the stone fruit, apricot & peach flavours that rage on unabated in the glass. The silver flood is made to be extremely refreshing, like a river of thirst quench pouring into your mouth.
The story of the Twa Dogs tells us that some friends, some banter, and a wee bit o’ beer can make a body remarkably happy. So we thought what better way to celebrate a day ending in ‘y’ than with a 12 bottle mixer pack of 4 different beers, perfect to share or howl to the moon about!
